screen art° is a journalistic company that works in this field in accordance with the German Press Code. All work samples and film excerpts with accompanying images are subject to press freedom. In the case of commissioned work for companies other than television broadcasters and for platforms, the rights of use are regulated in individual contracts. A possible conflict of interest will be disclosed to the parties concerned as soon as it becomes apparent. Confidentiality will of course be maintained.
Consumer dispute resolution/ Universal arbitration board
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with Section 7 (1) TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general legislation.
